The Studio
When the world got a little quieter in 2020, an idea formed. The pursuit of structure and design with objects of impermanence. For two years, we learned the medium from the ground up. What flowers do under pressure. How color moves in a room. What happens when you stop decorating and start designing.
One event rewired everything. The whole picture. Full production was the calling. Beginning to end. Not a pivot so much as an arrival.
The studio grew because the work demanded it. Fifteen people. Every discipline and capability now exists in house. Design, production, floral, and logistics. One team, one language. Equally comfortable leading the vision or elevating yours.
Jacob's background in interiors and architecture means he understands that the most beautiful room in the world only works if it looks and functions in equal measure. He builds the systems that let creativity happen at full volume. Vision and structure in the same hands.

Johnny comes from architecture. He thinks in environments first and always. The kind of designer who asks how a room should feel before deciding what goes in it. Every project at TFW starts with his instinct that something extraordinary is possible.

Noor's definition of production is simple - a design cannot serve its purpose if all you're seeing are the mechanics. She translates concepts into physical reality. Budgets, logistics, timelines, on-site execution each managed with the kind of clarity that makes the complex look effortless. Focused, exacting, and always in command of the details that keep the vision intact.

Director of Event Production and Event Designer
Deborah approaches flowers with the eye of a sculptor - attentive to form, movement, and how far nature can be pushed before it stops being itself. Her work is garden-inspired with a modern edge. Textural, colorful, and slightly unexpected. Living art, shaped with intention.
DEBORAH RUBIN

TFW builds environments that exist in the real world requiring assets that must be on time, intact, and exactly as designed. Jonathan helps make the theoretical possible. From inventory and logistics to transportation and on-site labor, he's the bridge between the creative vision and the physical reality of event day.
